Without realizing it, your daily habits have the ability to, make, or break you. The outcome of your life starts with the basics, and that includes your daily health habits, and your overall lifestyle. By choosing to maintain the wrong basic health habits, you are giving power to potential illnesses and diseases.

With that being said; below are my Seven Daily Coronavirus Fighting  Healthy Habits…

1. Eat Much Healthier

The food you choose to consume can affect you just like any other healthy habit. If you keep on eating the wrong foods; it will eventually be dangerous to your health, and provoke certain illnesses and diseases. For instance, if you keep eating red meat, but you avoid fruits and vegetables; that is definitely not a healthy diet.

Eating healthy means a balanced diet of lean protein, vegetables, fruits, grains, legumes, nuts, and fiber. You could also consider being a vegan or a vegetarian.

2. Have A Healthy Sleep Schedule

If you’re constantly sleep deprived, or you have a habit of over-sleeping, it isn’t good for you either way. If you lack enough sleep; it causes you to lose focus, and your attention-span. On the other hand, over-sleeping makes you lose your productivity, and the amount of time you would have spent at work.

By having a healthier sleep schedule; it improves your energy, mood, and focus for the day.

3. Exercise On The Daily

Regular exercise isn’t just proven to improve your overall mood, but it maintains your health and well-being. By engaging in consistent exercise, you are taking proper care of your health, and therefore your body. At the same time, you will be strengthening your heart condition, and building your physical endurance.

4. Drink Water Constantly

Various diseases are caused by dehydration, which makes water the ultimate cure to avoid many illnesses. The recommendable intake is 6 to 8 glasses of water a day, no matter what you have planned for your day. Whether you’re going out somewhere, at work, or staying at home; drink as much water as you can every day.

5. Never Skip A Healthy Meal

Even if you’re trying to lose weight, don’t ever skip a meal. That is unhealthy, and may gradually trigger certain diseases in your colon; which is why you should always eat a healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If you’re on a specific diet; lower your food intake by simply consuming less for each meal.

6. Avoid Having Coffee Before Meals

Caffeine is one of the fastest ways to become acidic, and it can cause acid reflux. A lot of people make the mistake of drinking their coffee in the morning before having their breakfast; which can cause you a serious health problem in the future. In other words, acid reflux can lead to GERD.

7. Meditate For Your Mental Health

Even if it isn’t directly related to your body, meditation has everything to do with your mental health. We are always constantly busy multi-tasking, and trying to get everything done each day. That can be an unhealthy habit; which is why daily meditation is the best way to break that habit.

By just being still for a few minutes (10, 20, 30); focusing on your breathing, and taking a break from all of your daily thoughts; you will gain a healthier mind, plus a kinder and healthier heart.
